Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Downtown-Civic Activity to Parks for the Milwaukee County Historical Society located at 910 North Old World Third Street, on the east side of North Old World Third Street and north of West Kilbourn Avenue, in the 4th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will allow the zoning to be consistent with the use on the site.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-901.0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 910 North Old World Third Street, Tax Key No. 361-0557-100, from Downtown-Civic Activity (C9D(A)) to Parks (PK).
