Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee (“Common Council”) adopted final Certified Survey Map DCD No. 3031 on July 21, 2015 via File No. 150456; and
Whereas, Subsequent to that approval, the applicant submitted a revised final Certified Survey Map DCD No. 3031 for approval; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the July 21, 2015 adoption of final Certified Survey Map DCD No. 3031 is rescinded and that the revised final Certified Survey Map DCD No. 3031 be and hereby is approved as follows:
