Analysis
This resolution authorizes an increase in the reimbursable authority to the Department of Employee Relations from the Special Purpose Account - Reimbursable Services Advance Fund of $120,000, increasing the department’s 2015 appropriation to $395,000.

Whereas, Common Council Resolution 141172 adopted on December 16, 2014 and signed by the Mayor on December 29, 2014; appropriated $275,000 in Reimbursable Authority to the Department of Employee Relations; and
Whereas, The Department of Employee Relations has experienced increased use of the Auxiliary Resource Program by various city departments resulting in the 2015 appropriation being full expensed; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that an additional $120,000 in reimbursable authority be appropriated from the Special Purpose Account - Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to the Department of Employee Relations to provide additional funding for Auxiliary Resource Program to supplement the 2015 Adopted Budget; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue be in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
