After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $563,000 with the total cost estimated to be $11,172,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

N. 76th St. - 290 feet south of W. Grantosa Dr. to W. Medford Ave. (SM495150084): Relaying storm sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $171,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

N. Emmber Ln. at 400 feet south of W. Mt. Vernon Ave. (WT410150780): Water repair work. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $7,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $8,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $150,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

W. Juneau Ave. - N. 27th St. to N. 28th St. (SM495150060): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $265,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.
