Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial-Heavy to Industrial-Office at 4150 West Burnham Street to consolidate zoning on land located on the north side of West Burnham Street, west of South 38th Street, in the 8th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by 4000 West Burnham LLC and will allow for 4150 West Burnham Street to be combined with 4000 West Burnham Street, which is zoned Industrial-Office, to facilitate expansion of an existing indoor storage facility.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-801.1.0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 4150 West Burnham Street, Tax Key No. 457-9967-100, from Industrial-Heavy (IH) to Industrial-Office (IO2).
