Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to U-Turns Prohibited is amended by adding the following:
On West Burleigh Street at North 80th Street for west bound traffic 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Part 2. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On North 19th Place at West Stark Street”
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On East Norwich Avenue at South Herman Street
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 19th Place at West Stark Street
On North 72nd Street at West Chambers Street
On North 83rd Street at West Concordia Avenue
On South Taylor Avenue at East Ohio Avenue
On West Townsend Street and North 80th Street/North Walton Place in all directions
On West Pierce Street and South 37th Street in all directions
On West Keefe Avenue and North 80th Street in all directions
Part 5. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to Through Highways is amended by striking the following:
“West Pierce Street from West Shea Avenue to South 39th Street”
“West Keefe Avenue from the west line of North 76th Street to the east line of North 84th Street”
Part 6. Section 101-16-2 of the Code relating to Through Highways is amended by adding the following:
West Pierce Street from West Shea Avenue to the east line of South 37th Street
West Pierce Street from the west line of South 37th Street to South 39th Street
West Keefe Avenue from North 76th Street to the east line of North 80th Street
West Keefe Avenue from the west line of North 80th Street to North 8...
