Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 65th Street from West Melvina Street to a point 290 feet north on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Christine Lane from a point 70 feet east of North 5th Street to a point 35 feet east thereof

On the north side of West Christine Lane from a point 125 feet east of North 5th Street to a point 35 feet east thereof

On the north side of East Juneau Avenue from a point 170 feet west of North Jackson Street to a point 30 feet west thereof

In the alley bounded by West Orchard Street, West Lapham Street, South 26th Street and South Layton Boulevard

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Park Hill Avenue from North 90th Street to North 92nd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays”

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Park Hill Avenue from North 90th Street to North 91st Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Part 5. Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 5th Place from West Burnham Street to West Becher Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from April 1 to December 1
