The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $6,193,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $6,571,000.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Maryland Ave. - E. Newport Ave. to E. Edgewood Ave. (SM495140078) File Number 140818: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $96,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $108,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

E. Clybourn St. - N. Milwaukee St. to N. Van Buren St. (WT410140620) File Number 140280: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 5010 -- $20,000; Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $330,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $365,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.
