Whereas, Wisconsin Legislative Act 20 shortened the design completion dead line for the Beer Line Bicycle Trail Extension, requiring design work and Wisconsin Department of Transportation consultant review to be expedited; and
Whereas, This expedited deadline resulted in increased preliminary engineering costs for the project; and
Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary to complete the design of the project; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer funds to the project grant chart field as follow:
