Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Holton Street from a point 475 feet south of the south curb line of East Hope Avenue extended, to a point 25 feet further south thereof, at any time”

“On the east side of North Holton Street from a point 125 feet south of the south curb line of East Hope Avenue extended, to a point 120 feet further south thereof, at any time”

“On the east side of North Holton Street from a point 264 feet north of the north curb line of East Capitol Drive to a point 160 feet further north, at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from the south curb line of East Hartford Avenue to a point 60 feet south thereof, at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from a point 550 feet north of East Kenwood Boulevard to a point 225 feet north thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Kenwood Boulevard to a point 310 feet north at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from a point 270 feet north of the north curb line of East Hartford Avenue to a point 22 feet north thereof at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Hartford Avenue to East Edgewood Avenue at any time”

“On the west side of North Maryland Avenue from East Hartford Avenue to East Kenwood Boulevard from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
