Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Medford Ave. - W. Hampton Ave. to W. Grantosa Dr. (ST211140140) File Number 141595: Asphalt pavement resurfacing, replace curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches where necessary, sodding (7-foot width of tree border area), and grading. (Assessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $13,000; Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $330,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $383,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.
