Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a Revised Project Agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for traffic signal and roadway improvements at the intersection of West Fond Du Lac Avenue and North Sherman Boulevard with 90% State and Federal aid under the Highway Safety Improvement Program and to transfer additional funds to the previously established subaccounts. The revised construction cost for the project will result in an increase in City funding of $7,234 and in Federal funding of $65,108. The total cost of the project will increase to $403,418 with a Federal share of $323,026 and with a City share of $80,392.
