Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 3^rd Street from a point 110 feet north of West Melvina Street to a point 100 feet north thereof

On the south side of West Capitol Place from a point 120 feet east of North 4^th Street to a point 100 feet east

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West State Street from North 33^rd Street to North 35^th Street, except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 3.  Section 101-26.5-1 of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - 4 or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Legion Street from South 24^th Street to South Layton Boulevard
