Title
Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a sewer agreement (SA-1588, Parcel A) document allowing Loomis Centre, Inc. to construct a building over and within the limits of a portion of the existing sewer easement on the property whose address is 3545 South 27th Street.
 
Analysis
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to execute a sewer agreement (SA-1588, Parcel A) document allowing Loomis Centre, Inc. to construct a building over and within the limits of a portion of the existing sewer easement on the property whose address is 3545 South 27th Street.
 
Body
Whereas, On November 15, 1962, the City was granted an easement, SE-1588, Parcel A, for sewer purposes; and
 
Whereas, There is an existing 84-inch diameter storm sewer in said easement SE-1588, Parcel A; and  
 
Whereas, The present owner, Loomis Centre, Inc., has requested the City's permission to construct a portion of a building over a portion of the aforementioned sewer easement; and  
 
Whereas, The City would allow the construction of said portion of building within the easement area, subject to the conditions in Sewer Agreement SA-1588, Parcel A; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute Sewer Agreement SA-1588, Parcel A, a copy of said Agreement being attached to Common Council File Number 150037 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the authority hereby conferred upon the Commissioner of Public Works to execute the Agreement includes the authority to make and/or negotiate future reasonable modifications that do not substantially change the intent of the agreement.
