A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north and south sides of West Juneau Avenue from North 8th Street to North 11th Street

Part 2. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

In roadway center of West Juneau Avenue from North 8th Street to North 11th Street

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 93rd Street between West Blue Mound Road and West Wisconsin Avenue, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., except Sunday and holidays”

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Park Hill Avenue from North 92nd Street to a point 120 feet east of North 90th Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays”

“On the north side of East Smith Street from South Burrell Street to South Austin Street, on even number dates”

“On the south side of East Smith Street from South Burrell Street to South Austin Street, on odd number dates”

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the angled parking area on West Juneau Avenue from North 8th Street to North 11th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On West Park Hill Avenue from North 90th Street to North 92nd Street from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On the east side of North 9th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On the east side of North 10th Street from West Highland Ave...
