Whereas, Theresa Tucker offered to surrender the Class "B" Tavern, Public Entertainment Premises, and Food Dealer licenses for L and T, Inc., to operate the premises at 4923 W. Villard Ave., D/B/A "Leden's Villard Inn" to the License Division of the office of the Common Council - City Clerk on March 12, 2015; and

Whereas, The Common Council's Licenses Committee considered this matter on March 17, 2015; now, therefore, it is

Moved. By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that surrender of the Class "B" Tavern, Public Entertainment Premises, and Food Dealer licenses of L And T, Inc. for the premises at 4923 W Villard Ave doing business as "Leden's Villard Inn" be accepted.
