This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as (Effective Pay Period 1, 2015 - December 21, 2014):

Under Pay Range 1IX, add the title “Management Engineer”.

Part 2. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as (Effective Pay Period 6, 2015 - March 1, 2015):

Under Pay Range 1EX, add the title “Procurement and Compliance Manager (3)” with the footnote to read: “(3) Appointment of Scott Stange is authorized at the rate of $2,523.02 biweekly.”

Part 3. Part 1, Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as (Effective Pay Period 8, 2015 - March 29, 2015):

Under Pay Range 1JX, add the title “Public Health Planning and Policy Director”.

Under Pay Range 1MX, delete the title “Public Health Research and Policy Director”.

Part 4. Part 1, Section 2 of ordinance File Number 140625 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under Pay Range 2FN, amend the Official Rate Biweekly minimum amounts to read as follows: “Hourly 23.22; Biweekly 1,857.47; Annual 48,294.22.”

Under Pay Range 2JN, amend the Official Rate Biweekly minimum amounts to read as follows: “Hourly 29.97; Biweekly 2,397.63; Annual 62,328.38.”
