Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2015 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration, Department of City Development, Fire and Police Commission, Fire Department, Health Department, Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 140624 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Fire and Police Commission, Homeland Security”, amend footnote “(C)” to read as follows:

“(C) Homeland Security/UASI Planning Position Grant: Position authority to expire 12/31/2015 unless the Homeland Security/UASI Planning Grant is extended.”.

Under “Fire Department, EMS/Training/Education Bureau Decision Unit”, delete one position of “Health and Safety Officer” and add the division “Health and Safety Division”.

Under “Health and Safety Division”, add one position of “Health and Safety Officer” and one position of “Athletic Trainer/Injury Prevention Coach”.

Under “Health Department”, amend footnote “(N)” and to read as follows:

“(N) To expire 03/31/16 unless the Newborn Hearing Screening Grant is extended. Partially funds one position of Public Health Nurse.”

And amend footnote (EE) to read as follows:

“(EE) To expire 02/28/16 unless the Community Health Improvement in Metcalfe Park and Concordia (CHIMC): Save Lives-Immunize Grant from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is extended. Partially funds one Public Health Nurse in the Immunizations Program.”.

Under “Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit, Acquisitions and Serials Section”, delete one position of “Library Technician II”.

Under “Automation Section”, delete one position of “Networ...
