Body
Whereas, The Capital Improvements New Streets Developer Account, No. 0333-5010-R999-ST21415000A, was funded in the amount of $400,000 in the 2015 adopted budget; and
 
Whereas, This account provides funding on a temporary basis for projects which receive partial reimbursement from the municipalities with which the project is undertaken, but require the city to front the project cost; and
 
Whereas, The city's participation in a project to reconstruct West County Line Road from North 68th Street to North 91st Street with the City of Mequon is scheduled to go to bid in April 2015 has resulted in a need for $1,000,000 in additional funds to be reimbursed by Mequon; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $1,000,000 in additional funds are appropriated to the Capital Improvements New Streets Developer Account No. 0333-5010-R999-SST21415000A; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller be, and hereby is, directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of his resolution.
