Analysis
This resolution also authorizes the transfer from the 2014 Common Council Contingent Fund of up to $4,046,637 to various departments and account in order to close the 2014 financial books.

Whereas, To facilitate closing of year 2014 financial books, transfers from the 2014 Common Council Contingent Fund are necessary; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that up to $29,333 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) (2014) be transferred to the Mayor’s Office Operating Expenditures Account (0001-1110-R999-006300) (2014) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $2,499 from the Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) (2014) be transferred to the City Attorney Operating Expenditures Account (0001-1490-R999-006300) (2014) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $7,119 from the 2014 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) (2014) be transferred to the City Attorney Equipment Account (0001-1490-R999-006800) (2014) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $1,603 from the 2014 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) (2014) be transferred to the Department of Administration Operating Expenditures Account (0001-1510-R999-006300) (2014) if necessary; and, be it

Further Resolved, That up to $949,488 from the 2014 Common Council Contingent Fund (0001-9990-C001-006300) (2014) be transferred to the Department of Public Works-Infrastructure Services Division Operating Expenditure Account (0001-5230-R999-006300) (2014) if necessary; and, be it
