Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the southeasterly side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from a point 350 feet east of the east curb line of South California Street to a point 762 feet east of the east curb line of South California Street”
“On the north side of West Everett Street from the east line of North 3rd Street to the east line of North 4th Street (except taxicabs)”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from to a point 265 feet south of South California Street to a point 100 feet south thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxicab Stands is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Everett Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Florida Street from South 1st Street east to the bridge”
“On West Florida Street from South 1st Street to South 3rd Street”
“On the east side of North 84th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 130 feet south”
“On the south side of West National Avenue from South 8th Street to South 9th Street”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On West Everett Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
