Whereas, The streets were constructed in 1953 and are in need of rehabilitation; and

Whereas, The projects are included in the Department of Public Works Local Road Program; and

Whereas, The Cities of Milwaukee and Greenfield share jurisdiction ownership of the roadways and will share the preliminary engineering and construction costs; and

Whereas, The City of Greenfield will be the lead agency of the project design and construction; and

Whereas; The Department of Public Works shall notify the City of Milwaukee of any such cost overruns and/or changes in scope approved by the Department of Public Works; and

Whereas, This project is programmed for construction in 2015; and
