Analysis
This resolution permits the City of Milwaukee to accept a quit claim deed from Milwaukee County that dedicates property for public right-of-way for street purposes.
Body
Whereas, North 92nd Street south of West Hampton Avenue was widened in 1960; and

Whereas, The right-of-way line was not adjusted, therefore placing a portion of the street on Milwaukee County Parks property; and

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has requested and Milwaukee County has agreed to dedicate approximately 3,510 square feet of property for use as public street right-of-way where the roadway has existed since 1960; and

Whereas, The property to be dedicated and acquired as public right-of-way is illustrated in the draft quit claim deed, Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached, and is described as follows:

That part of Lands in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 7 North, Range 21 East, described as follows; Commencing at the point of intersection of the south line of West Hampton Avenue and the west line of North 92nd Street, said point being 55.00 feet south of, as measured normal to, the north line of said 1/4 Section and 33.00 feet west of, as measured normal to, the east line of said 1/4 Section; thence Southerly, along said west line of North 92nd Street and parallel to said east section line, 130.00 feet to a point in the City of Milwaukee limits line; thence Westerly, along said city limits line, to a point lying 60.00 feet west of, as measured normal to, said east section line; thence Northerly, parallel to said east section line, to a point in the south line of West Hampton Avenue; thence Easterly, along said south line, to the point of commenceme...
