Whereas, Additional construction work at the construction stage have resulted in increased costs charged against the project for the installation of traffic signal improvements; and

Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary to complete the construction of the project; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the project grant chart field as follows:
