Analysis
This ordinance exempts employees and agents of Milwaukee county from code provisions relating to firearms, explosives and other missiles while the employees or agents are on property owned by Milwaukee county under the control of General Mitchell International Airport or Timmerman Field.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 105-34-1.5 of the code is created to read:

105-34. Carrying Dangerous Weapons.
1.5. EXEMPTION. This section shall not apply to employees and agents of Milwaukee county while they are on property owned by Milwaukee county under the control of General Mitchell International Airport or Timmerman Field.

Part 2. Section 105-35-1.5 of the code is created to read:

105-35. Discharge of Firearms.
1.5. EXEMPTION. This section shall not apply to employees and agents of Milwaukee county while they are on property owned by Milwaukee county under the control of General Mitchell International Airport or Timmerman Field.

Part 3. Section 105-36-1.5 of the code is created to read:

105-36. Archery Ranges (Bow and Arrow.
1.5. EXEMPTION. This section shall not apply to employees and agents of Milwaukee county while they are on property owned by Milwaukee county under the control of General Mitchell International Airport or Timmerman Field.
