Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st Aldermanic District
N. Teutonia Ave. - W. Capitol Dr. to W. Ruby Ave. (SM495140065) File Number 140705: Sanitary lining and storm relay. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $1,735,000. The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $1,750,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.
2nd Aldermanic District
N. 76th St. - W. Carmen Ave. to W. Florist Ave. (SM495130031) File Number 130146: Sanitary Sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $91,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $103,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.
