Analysis
This ordinance provides that no public entertainment premises license shall be required for the showing of motion pictures by an eleemosynary organization on land owned by the city or Milwaukee county, as long as motion pictures are not shown more than twice monthly at a single location.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 108-5-2-h of the code is created to read:
108-5. License Required.
2. EXEMPTION.
h. The showing of motion pictures by an eleemosynary organization on land owned by the city or Milwaukee county, provided motion pictures are not shown more than twice monthly at a single location.
