Whereas, A Project Agreement for the installation of traffic signal and other geometric improvements at the intersection of North Sherman Boulevard and West Fond du Lac Avenue under the 2015 Highway Safety Improvement Program was approved by the Common Council under File Number 101057; and
Whereas, The Highway Safety Improvement Program provides cost participation for traffic signal and other improvements to reduce the frequency and severity of vehicle and pedestrian crashes; and
Whereas, The total estimated cost of this project is $44,139.59 for the of installation of traffic signal improvements; and
