Title

Analysis
This zoning change was requested by Cris and Orphie Schroeder and will permit uses on the site that are compatible with the Commercial Service zoning district and the surrounding area.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.4.0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2727 West Silver Spring Drive, Tax Key No. 193-9966-100, from General Planned Development (GPD) to Commercial Services (CS).
