Whereas, The City’s non-assessable fund should have been charged for this bill; now, therefore, be it

Resolved By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, That the City Comptroller shall issue to the City Treasurer a check in the amount of $95.38 for this special improvement bill; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Sidewalk Non-Assessable Account (ST23070001) be charged for this amount.
