Title
An ordinance relating to composition of the city plan commission.

Analysis
In accordance with a recent change in state law, this ordinance provides that the city plan commission shall include, as non-voting members, one representative from each military base or installation in the city which has at least 200 assigned military personnel or contains at least 2,000 acres, if the base’s or installation’s commanding officer appoints such a representative.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 320-15-3 of the code is created to read:
320-15. Board of Public Land Commissioners.
3. NON-VOTING MEMBERS. In addition to the members identified in subs. 1 and 2, the city plan commission shall include, as non-voting members, one representative from each military base or installation in the city which has at least 200 assigned military personnel or contains at least 2,000 acres, if the base’s or installation’s commanding officer appoints such a representative.
