The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Licenses Committee in this matter? All members indicated that they had done so. The question was put: Is Ms. Jodie Kornfehl or her counsel present and, if so, does either wish to address the Common Council? Attorney Andrew Arena was present on behalf of Ms. Kornfehl. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Common Council convene itself into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing testimony relaqting to this matter. There was no objection. Attorney Andrew Arena addressed the Common Council. Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council. The question was put: Are there any motions relative to this matter? Ald. Bauman moved, notwithstanding the recommendation of the Committee, that the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Amusement (Cabaret/Nite Club) license with change of entertainment for Jodie Korhnfehl not be renewed.
