Title
Resolution permitting a minor modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as Granville Heights, located on the West Side of North 68th Street and South of West Brown Deer Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This resolution allows for the relocation of the driveway entrance and monument sign along North 68th Street, the minor alteration to the interior parking layout and the minor alterations to the north elevation of Building A.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-907-3(i) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development known as Granville Heights was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on April 13, 2004, under File No. 031237; and
Whereas, The proposed relocation of the driveway entrance and monument sign along North 68th Street, the minor alteration to the interior parking layout and the minor alterations to the north elevation of Building A are consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting the relocation of the driveway entrance and monument sign along North 68th Street, the minor alteration to the interior parking layout and the minor alterations to the north elevation of Building A is approved.
