Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of South 38th Street from the north curb line of West Mitchell Street to a point 400 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of East Pleasant Street from North Cass Street to North Marshall Street
On the south side of West State Street from North 12th Street to a point 75 feet west
On the north side of West Locust Street from North 54th Street to a point 40 feet east
On the south side of West Locust Street from North 54th Street to a point 40 feet west
On the north side of West Becher Street from South 25th Street to a point 40 feet east
On the south side of West Becher Street from South 25th Street to a point 40 feet west
On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 20th Street to a point 50 feet west
On the south side of West Potawatomi Circle from South 19th Street to a point 400 feet west
On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 2,895 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 155 feet north thereof
On the west side of South 27th Street from West Ohio Avenue to West Morgan Avenue
On the south side of West Pierce Street from South 20th Street to a point 50 feet west
On the north side of East Estes Street from South Superior Street to South Shore Drive
On the east side of S. 9th Place from West Hayes Avenue to a point 70 feet south
