Analysis
This ordinance increases the fee for a licensed dwelling facility license for a rooming house or a second class dwelling from $166 to $50 for each occupant of the facility at maximum permitted occupancy.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 200-33-26-d and e of the code is amended to read:
200-33. Fees.
26. LICENSED DWELLING FACILITIES.
d. Rooming house: [[$166]] >>$50 for each occupant at maximum permitted occupancy, as specified on the license<<.
