Title
Substitute ordinance creating the Bay View/Wentworth Avenue Interim Study Overlay Zone, generally located along South Shore Drive between East Russell Avenue and East Estes Street, in the 14th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance establishes an overlay district that will allow discretionary review of development proposals in areas where changes in zoning provisions are contemplated.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-1005.0002. The zoning map is amended to establish the Interim Study Overlay Zone (IS) for the area bounded by the zoning line within the right-of-way along East Russell Avenue, a line 96 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Wentworth Avenue, a line 100 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Russell Avenue, a line 150 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Wentworth Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along East Pryor Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along South Superior Street, a line 100.6 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Pryor Avenue, a line 151.7 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Superior Street, a line 150 feet north and parallel to the north line of East Pryor Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along South Superior Street, a line 200 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Pryor Avenue, a line 50 feet West and parallel to the west line of South Superior Street, a line 300 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Pryor Avenue, the zoning line within the right-of-way along South Superior Street, a line 350 feet North and parallel to the north line of East Pryor Avenue, a line 250 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Russell Avenue, the zoning line within the ...
