Analysis

This resolution approves an affidavit that corrects Sheet 1 of 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 7018.

Body

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 7018, a recorded map being a division of the South 1/2 of Lot 2, Lots 3 and 4 and the North 15 feet of Lot 5 in Block 14, Meehan and Somer's Subdivision located in part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 8156506 on October 24, 2001; and

Whereas, Fred W. Shibilski, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit containing a correction to surveying data contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Affidavit of Correction for Certified Survey Map No. 7018, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
