Analysis

Common council file number 011722, which was adopted April 23, 2002, created a pilot street sweeping program that established fixed monthly street sweeping days for designated streets within the 3rd and 14th aldermanic districts.  

This ordinance amends common council file number 011722 by removing those streets located in the 14th aldermanic district, which have been designated as street sweeping streets, from the pilot street sweeping program.  

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Section 1.  Section 101-26.7-a-16 to 35 of the code is repealed.

Section 2.  Section 101-26.7-b-12 to 30 of the code is repealed.
