Analysis
This ordinance provides that the eligibility and public-hearing requirements that normally apply to establishment of a commuter parking impacted area shall not apply to designation of a residential area as a commuter parking impacted area if the area to be designated had commuter parking impacted area designation at any time in the previous 5 years
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-27.7-6.5 of the code is created to read:
101-27.7. Residential Daytime Parking Privilege for Commuter Parking Impacted Areas.
6.5. EXCEPTION. The provisions of subs 3 to 6 shall not be applicable to the designation of a residential area as a commuter parking impacted area if the area to be designated had commuter parking impacted area designation at any time in the previous 5 years.
