Title

A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2001 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 7 of ordinance File Number 000507 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2001 – December 24, 2000):

Delete the biweekly rates under Pay Range 495 and substitute therefor the following:

"$1,118.54 1,156.13 1,195.04 1,235.36 1,288.60"

Part 2. Section 7 of ordinance File Number 000507 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2002 – December 23, 2001):

Delete the biweekly rates under Pay Range 495 and substitute therefor the following:

"$1,152.10 1,190.81 1,230.89 1,272.42 1,327.26"

Part 3. Section 10 of ordinance File Number 000507 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Delete the rates of pay shown for Pay Ranges 619 through 630 and substitute in lieu thereof the following new biweekly rates of pay (Effective Pay Period 1, 2001 – December 24, 2000):
