The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 304-50-13, the common council authorizes the return of real estate located at 1801 W. Keefe Avenue, 3075-77 N. 14th Street and 3299 N. 11th Street, to former owner Cache Investments, LLC, Caston Love.
