Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by Alderman Perez, on behalf of the owner, who intends to construct a contractor's shop at 1901 South Winona Lane.
Body
Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-601.2.0052. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 1901 South Winona Lane, Tax Key No. 469-1432-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
