The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120742 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2013 - December 23, 2012):
Under "Assessor's Office, Systems and Administration Division", delete one position of "Property Assessment Technician" and add one position of "Property Systems Administrator".
Under "City Treasurer, Executive Office", add one position of "Program Assistant III"; under Administration Division, delete one position of "Program Assistant II'.
Under "Department of Public Works-Operations Division, Administration Section, General Office", delete one position of "Administrative Specialist" and add one position of "Program Assistant II".
Under "Department of Public Works-Administration Services Division, Office of the Commissioner, add one position of "Human Resources Representative"; under "Administrative Services, Safety Section", delete one position of "Office Assistant IV"; under "Department of Public Works-Operations Division, Sanitation Section, Field Operations", delete one position of "Self Help Supervisor" and add one position of "Self-Help Yard Supervisor."
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120742 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 6, 2013 - March 3, 2013):
Under "Department of City Development, Real Estate and Development", delete one position of "Real Estate Analyst" and add one position of "Real Estate Coordinator II".
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 1 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2013 (December 23, 2012).
Part 5. The provisions of Part 3 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 6, 2013 (March 3, 2013).
The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 6. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
