Resolved, by the Historic Preservation Commission, that the attached Certificates of Appropriateness for the following addresses are approved:

 

1201 N. Prospect Ave. (new monument-type lawn sign)

2010 N. 1st St. (replace air conditioner unit)

2433 N. Wahl Ave. (install new exterior venting for the air conditioner unit)

3323 N. Sherman Blvd. (replace furnace - exterior venting)

3365 N. Sherman Blvd. (repair exterior stucco; replace missing/ratted eave and fascia and repair front porch rail)

2603 N. Lake Dr. (shingles)

910 N. Old World Third St. (entry doors)

1750 N. Palmer St. (rebuild chimney top)

709 E. Brady St. (install wood storm on front and repair existing doors, siding, walk on side of hour, tuckpoint and replace missing downspout
