Minutes note: Paul Jakobovich presented background information and a PowerPoint presentation on this item. The owner, Randy Goll, presented drawings of the proposed new garage at the hearing. Copies are attached to the file. The door will be wider, with 36", per the owner at the meeting. Mr. Jarosz moved, seconded by Ms. Ackerman, for razing of the current garage to the poured concrete. There were no objections. Mr. Jarosz moved, seconded by Mr. Bryant, with a box seat, for the construction of the new garage as proposed. There were no objections.
