PURPOSE: To assist in the training and development of the City of Milwaukee Youth Council.
COMPOSITION: Seven members serving two-year terms:
1) One youth (age 18 to 25) appointed by the CC President
2) Two adults appointed by the CC President (1 designated as Chair)
3) Two adults appointed by the Mayor
4) One youth (age 18 or under) appointed by the Youth Council President, subject to Common Council approval
5) One adult appointed by the Youth Council president, subject to Common Council approval
A member continues to serve after the completion of his or her term until reappointed or until a successor has been appointed.

NOTES: Removal of an advisor from the Committee requires a three-quarter vote by the Youth Council and Common Council approval.
