Dear Ald. Bohl:

I am writing on behalf of my brother Pat Small. He would like to be allowed to briefly address 
the committee with some concerns about the streetscaping and any open areas on Blocks 1, 7, 
and 8, as well as what provisions will be made for a skywalk connecting the parking structure 
and the Arena. Nothing has been indicated about such a skywalk in text or Arena drawings.
