Minutes note: Since the last time the Ethics Board met April18, 2012, Ms. Polanco has been reviewing the Statement of Economic Interest Forms submitted by new city employees and new board members. On April 24th (per board directive) a letter was mailed to those individuals who have not submitted the SoEI (second letter). Consequently, 2 individuals sent in their forms w/o payment of late filing fee and other charges due; an electronic response was sent to them to make them aware of their financial obligations. No response has been received. | | | |

Minutes note: The board reviewed and approved the Statement of Economic Interest Forms of: Joanna Bohdziewicz-Bordweic. There were no objection.
The board discussed Mr. Karl Curda’s obligation to submit his 2011 SoEI. The board agreed that given that Mr. Curda’s resignation took place in 2012; he is obligated to submit his SoEI.
Also, the board agreed that despite information provided by Mr. Jeff Keen, and unless he is willing to provide more detailed information to the board regarding the waiving of his late filing fines, he does need to pay the late filing fee.
Letters will be sent out to these two individuals per Ethics Board directive.
