Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Appleton Avenue from West Chapman Place to a point 230 feet west

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East North Avenue from a point 340 feet west of North Cambridge Street to North Commerce Street”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East North Avenue from a point 505 feet west of North Cambridge Street to North Commerce Street

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 42^nd Street from West Capitol Drive to the first alley north thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 78^th Street from West Mount Vernon Avenue to West Stevenson Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On North 78^th Street from West Mt Vernon Avenue to West Stevenson Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on School Days

Part 7.  Section 101-23-7-d of the Code relating to Parking Exceptions on Bridges is amended by adding the following:

On East North Avenue east of North Commerce Street
