Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 1830 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 420 feet north thereof
On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 2080 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 120 feet north thereof
On the north side of West National Avenue from South 14th Street to a point 100 feet west
On the south side of West National Avenue from South 14th Street to a point 100 feet east
On the north side of West Sheridan Avenue from West Appleton Avenue to a point 80 feet west
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Ogden Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Jefferson Street
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South Aldrich Street in the 2100 block from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of West Michigan Street in the 3700 block”
“On the south side of West Michigan Street between North 38th Street and North 39th Street from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturdays”
Part 4. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On South Water Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Washington Street
